The NDP Principals —perceiving a need for a dedicated residential development entity that could source, acquire and subsequently relaunch viable projects both within and beyond the pool of “at risk” developments—launched Neighborhood Development Partners, LLC.

Sr. Regional Vice-President Operations Midwest Region at Newland Communities, LLC. Newland Communites is the largest developer of Master Planned Communities in the country. Responsible for the acquisition, development and marketing of new communities in the Midwest.

Vice-President Acquisition and Development at Ryland Homes
Responsible for acquisition and development of Real Estate for Minneapolis St. Paul Metro Area and growth from 350 to 850 homes per year.

City Manager at City of Eden Prairie
CEO of a Plan B Minnesota City, responsible for directing the planning and operation of one of the midwest’s fastest growing cities, managing a $25mm budget and $40mm CIP, and overseeing multiple deparments and over 600 full and partime positions.

As Consultant, Builder Relations and Sales for this distressed real estate asset acquisition partnership, provided sourcing, evaluation and marketing expertise to re-position and re-launch the portfolio of distressed assets.

Argus Homes
Recruited as Vice President and initial employee hired to “start up” this residential building company for a land developer.

K. Hovnanian Homes
Recruited as Manager of Sales and Marketing and managed the Closing department. Was previously the Manager of Sales and Marketing for Town and Country Homes and when K.Hovnanian purchased this company, was called upon to facilitate the merger of the two divisions into one.

Ryland Homes
Recruited as Manager of Sales and Marketing and managed the Design Center

Rottlund Homes
Joined the company as a sales representative and promoted shortly thereafter to Sales Manager. Within two years became Vice President of Sales and Marketing as the company went “public”. Managed the Closing Department . Opened out-of-state offices, then hired and trained the personnel. Promoted to Executive Vice President and elected to the Board of Directors.

Custom One
Eight years primarily involved in the “start up” of a national builder franchise network for Commercial Credit Corporation, called Custom One. Was the initial employee and hired to be the Franchise Officer and Vice President of Administration, and then set up all out-of-state divisional offices.

Dataserv
Was recruited to secure data center alternative maintenance sales in New York City and Boston.

International Harvester Company
Fourteen years and nine transfers employed by International Harvester Company, in both its Truck and Agricultural manufacturing Divisions. When in the Truck Division, was a Buyer of diesel engines, axles and cab trim parts, as well as worked on the line in the Parts Department. In the Agricultural Division, was responsible for territory dealer/distributor wholesale sales, retail sales, parts and service, as well as retail credit and collections activities. Was ultimately promoted to World Headquarters as Product Supervisor of imported agricultural tractors from Germany and England.
